Here We Are

Well, to fall in line with all of those other trendy married couples Jamie and I decided to start our own blog so that we could fit in with all the cool people. We're a little behind in our posts already (get used to it, we offer no promises as to the timeliness of our posts) so we'll just catch you all up on the events of the the past few weeks.

On Tuesday April 13th we scheduled the sealing date with the Draper Temple. Later that night I proposed to her outside said temple. She said yes, I still wonder why, and we laughed and screamed for a while outside the temple. We're lucky that it was a secluded spot or people might have started staring at us. For those of you wondering, yes we scheduled the temple before we proposed. It just felt right.

Since then we've done a lot of work. We took engagement photos, photoshopped said photos, designed announcements, Jamie found a dress, we planned a reception, got an apartment, all while working a night job on the weekends. Needless to say it's been a busy month.

We're just glad that we aren't taking classes this summer or we'd be dead. Jamie will post sometime later to share more exciting adventures... until next time.
